I know this is February. My timing is a little off. Articles about goal setting, which dovetail perfectly with New Year’s resolutions, should have been written for December or January issues. I LOVE FOOD! I may not be the most adventurous eater, but I do know that I love to eat. However, in this day and age of processed foods, what are we REALLY putting into our bodies? For those of you who don’t know what processed foods are, they are foods that have been altered from their natural state. Well, what does that mean?
